Well…overall a great vintage Florida vibe…well maintained, landscaping is sensitive to native plantings…HOA and I have had our disagreements (some on issues on them, some on me, some on both of us), built when materials were quality. LOVING the terrazzo floors. Hating the “upgrades” to architectural elements that were contributing to the aesthetic of the community. Quiet mostly.
Great, safe place to live. HOA not very strict at all. Allows more carport furniture than other Strathmore villas.
The HOA is very strict, almost to the point of ridiculous. My brother and sister live here. They like it, but they are reserved in their comments.
