I am beyond frustrated with the level of care and professionalism at Strathmore Veterinary Clinic. We brought our pet in for what was clearly a serious health concern. While they completed bloodwork and initial exams, everything that followed was disorganized, dismissive, and completely lacking urgency. The front desk experience was unacceptable. Receptionist or unit clerk needs a lesson in talking to clients. I did not receive a phone call from my doctor at scheduled appointment time. So I called to inquire. Stated the doctor did try to call (I’m unsure if she is aware that modern day phones keep log of same). She or he first gave me the wrong phone number then halfway corrected themself saying my cellphone was called (it was not). Also did not provide me the full cellphone number.
