Very disappointing experience today. After the garbage collection was finished, the employee left my garbage bin blocking my parking space (K63). I politely asked him three times to move it before he finally responded. His attitude and tone were rude and disrespectful. When I asked for his name, he refused several times and only gave me his first name, “Yousef,” refusing to provide his last name. Residents deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect.
