The only ford that charges multiple 180$ diagnostics, look at heat shield 180 clean mud 130, fix sensor 180, plus part 130 labourer 180, look at turning colum 180, break both back sensors fixing front one... priceless jk, 500 including labourer, explain how they did 180 hr diagnostic 5x but was there in shop less then 3 hrs, never service your vehicle at ford, refused the new sensors, and paid ford over 800$ to return my car worse then what it arrived , if I could give negative 800 stars I would, one for every dollar they to... read more

I had a great experience at the Ford dealership recently while trading in my vehicle. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Michael, the sales rep, and the sales manager were both fantastic—professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Financing was also a breeze thanks to Leanna. She was an excellent communicator and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish. I really appreciated how seamless the whole experience was. I’ve had my new explorer for a week and I absolutely love it.
