What can often be a stressful experience was instead smooth and enjoyable thanks to Paul’s professionalism and friendly manner.
If I could give 0 stars or a negative star rating I would. This dealership is extremely unprofessional! We called and booked an appointment to view a vehicle. Drove from Edmonton, Bank draft in hand with full intentions to buy said vehicle, and upon arriving in Strathmore was told that the vehicle was not on the lot, but instead at another dealer in Calgary. My wife had been looking for a new vehicle for some time and decided on a Chevy Trail Blazer she came across at this location in Strathmore. Aimee was so awesome and communicative. She took care of us the whole way. In fact, the whole team there was very approachable and answered any questions we had. They were willing to work with us and we came out winners.
