Recently had them look at my 2023 Ram 3500 Cummins for a repeat def light. A different dealer replaced a def injector and fixed it for a while. Took it to strathmore dodge. They took it apart and recommended another injector. I told them I don’t want a repeat repair out of pocket. So we agreed I’d pick the truck up. When I picked the truck up I drove it home and then back to a better dealer. When I arrived they informed me that strathmore did not put my truck back together. I do not recommend this dealership for auto services, particularly for Indigenous customers. as I have heard similar negative experiences from other Siksika Nation members, and I hope this review encourages positive change in how our community & other communities are treated. All the sales boys here are great, says a lot about the management and from what I can tell Jon the sales manager is where it comes from. Cultivating a great atmosphere and good morals to start with I believe is their key to success. I dealt recently with Adonis and Jon for both my vehicles and it was great experience all around.
