Even though Jeff was full and couldn't take my vehicle, he spent time to help me with a tow and even lined up another shop for me. He could have just said no and been done, but he went above and beyond! It was nice to feel cared for.
Trying to keep my business local in Strathmore and i thought maybe this would be a good place to try. I’ve tried calling multiple times over the past week and a half and multiple times back to back and they never answer the phone. Take my business to Calgary i guess.
I came last Sunday and even though he was closed, he still did a quote for my damage. He stayed on top of finding the pieces needed to fix the damage and within a few days he called me to say he found the part. My car was literally fixed the next day! Very good service! Highly recommend!
Jeff was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond, even on a Sunday!! He assisted some stranded clients in getting our cargo trailer back on the road and went directly to their location, making the entire process incredibly smooth for them. Outstanding service—we highly recommend!
