I believe the workers, for this company, need some training. I live in a condominium complex and came home to my pretty hostas being whacked right across the tops, and part of my bush hacked terribly too. So my video doorbell showed me that he took his hedge trimmers across the tops of my hostas, leaving all the long leaves of the plants around the sides. This company truly earns their exceptionally poor rating. They do not stand behind their work, their products, and do not listen to their customers. Customer service is atrocious. Update: I've already called the office last week and was told they won't help me because my builder placed the order and that I need to deal with him. Well, my builder is no longer responding to me which is why I reached out directly. Strathmeyer installed dead plants and a few days later, the rest of my plants died as well as my trees. Have come across this business' vehicle on I83 multiple times in the past few months. Their driving today was Jesus take the wheel & I go this way now, type of nonsense. They must also be in the tent business, as they pitched one in the left/passing lane for about 8 miles until their exit.
Inconsiderate moron blew grass all over my car. Couldn’t move it because I was working. It’s not the end of the world but stupid people doing stupid things will cost your company money over the course of the years you’re in business. It’s not like he didn’t have a choice and had to mow with the chute facing the cars either, just lazy and careless. I learned not to do that when I was like 8 mowing the lawn at home. Embarrassing that a representative of your business is that careless. I see why the business is rated 3 stars.
