They waste your time and energy by unnecessarily asking you to arrive more than an hour past your scheduled time.
It was my first time here and impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of all staff. I came at the suggested time of 15 min before the booking to fill out registration, and my appointment ran on time. It was my first time going for an ultrasound, it said on their website to email to request a female sonographer so I did. The staff emailed me back the next day to confirm, which was nice. I’d also like to thank Anne our sonographer, who was so kind and supportive! She explained the process every step of the way.
I have been in this place so many times. All the team members are so so so good, very helpful, friendly and kind all the time.. very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend this place.
I would give a 100 stars. Despite living in Mount Druitt, I choose to travel to Strathfield every six months for my ultrasounds because the service is exceptional. All the staff members are amazing—they are highly professional, genuinely kind, and their expertise is truly commendable. I owe a special note of sincere thanks to Celine, the sonographer, whose remarkable attention to detail and outstanding patient care greatly impressed me
