Terrible phone service. Not helpful…at all.
This medical is all for money and doesn’t care about patients health. I was here for my surgery dressing and i hardly arrived to the medical to get my dressing done but before they start anything they want me to withdraw cash and pay to them. Worst worst worst experience.
I have been asked for $120 in cash to be able to see a GP because I am the first time visitor. I understand we have to pay the gap fee even we have medicare. But seriously! Have to bring cash??
I have been attending the practice for at least 4 years and seen 3 of the doctors in the practice. I found them all very professional and helpful in explaining my medical conditions and treatment. The nurse was excellent in giving injections and very caring. The receptionists were also efficient at their job. It can be busy and you do have to wait even with an appointment but it is not uncommon in medical practices.
