I’m writing to say that over the last at 20 years I’ve had many services on car stereos including custom made woofer boxes Just yesterday I dropped in & was wondering how I could disconnect & remove my phone cradle To my surprise straight away a technician came out & did the job in 5 minutes I’ve dealt with Jason one of the owners & he’s been always respectful & accommodating Cheers Geoff Cassidy

Arrogant, rude guy behind the counter (also giving completely wrong info). Also uncompetitive prices (can see old stock that competitors have for roughly half the price of these guys). Will spend my $ elsewhere. And no, this is a genuine review; I was unaware you identify customers when they enter the store! Brought my car in as it had a problem with the soundsystem producing bass, the team at Strathfield brookvale did a lot of analysis on the situation and it eventually turned out to be a setting in the head unit. After much time spent on it they still let me walk away with the issue resolved, FREE OF CHARGE. Very satisfied with my experience at Strathfield brookvale, would highly recommend and will return in the future.
Absolute top blokes, extremely helpful and lightning fast service. Called in to pick up an car stereo antenna adapter, was in my hands within 30 seconds and free of charge. Cheers legends!!!
