Went in to fix an issue with my head unit not staying in place. Blake sorted it out in 5 minutes and was super generous with his time and advice, walking me through different speaker options for my upcoming upgrade. Great service — I’ll definitely be back to get my Focals!
I ordered a microphone for my headunit and they ended up being out of stock. They called me to let me know and asked me which headunit I wanted a mic for. They told me the mic I ordered was not compatible with my head unit but they have one that is in stock and that they are happy to send that one out and "absorb" the extra cost. The microphone I originally ordered cost $55. The bloke sounded trustworthy so I was happy with that. When I received the microphone I searched it and found it on Ebay for $10.
