Normally it is 5 stars but to literally waste 350.00 on this last times autologous drops that were unfortunately made off or contaminated that it did give me an eye infection from using. I checked every bottle and Normally they all are always frozen and some did not freeze at all exact spot and temp as I put them so I was concerned and did call a lady answered and all she had to say was yea thats normal Some freeze and others don't.
