Update April 2026: After a 10 year wait, felt it was time to clean the ducts once again, using this same vendor (Strathcona Elite Furnace Cleaning). Tristan arrived on time, very cordial, knowledgable, professional, and pleasant. First task was to inspect the system. After looking at all the photos there was no need to re-clean the Heat Ducts as they were still shiny and clean from the great job 10 years ago. We had our vents cleaned today Jan 21,2026. Booking was seamless and easy, Darrel was fast to respond and very helpful. The day of the appointment, Brad came to clean the vents. He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and left my home clean. I will definitely be calling them again! Definitely would recommend them to my family and friends.
