Posting on behalf of my mother-inlaw Patti Lucier from Fort Saskatchewan. 'Tristan did a thorough inspection and told us all the vents are ok and we don't need to have them cleaned. Very pleasant and very honest! Highly recommend!
Update April 2026: After a 10 year wait, felt it was time to clean the ducts once again, using this same vendor (Strathcona Elite Furnace Cleaning). Tristan arrived on time, very cordial, knowledgable, professional, and pleasant. First task was to inspect the system. After looking at all the photos there was no need to re-clean the Heat Ducts as they were still shiny and clean from the great job 10 years ago.
