We had an excellent experience with this company. The tech was on time and very pleasant to deal with, and his workmanship was stellar. I highly recommend using this company.
Brad came to our house to do a complete cleaning of our furnace and ducts but after taking photos of all ducts and a video of furnace ducts it was clear that cleaning wasn’t necessary as all ducts were clean and clear. The only visible debris was in the return air vents and dryer vent which he vacuumed and cleaned. This was completed for minimal cost and we were very happy with the service. We would definitely recommend Strathcona Elite and will use their services again in future.

Great service! We have used Strathcona Elite Furnace Cleaning in the past and been very pleased with their work. When I booked our most recent service call, Darrell was very accommodating and provided a quote promptly. The technician arrived exactly on time and was polite and professional. He did an inspection of the furnace and ducts and concluded that cleaning was not required at this time. We were impressed with his honesty. We will definitely book with Strathcona Elite for all our future cleaning service.
