I’ve lived in Strathcona my whole life and am so grateful to have a dental clinic that is so close and convenient. Every appointment I am greeted by friendly smiles on the familiar faces of their wonderful receptionists. Dr. Jay is always considerate of my needs and takes time to make sure the job is done right. Shout out to Neenu & Dr. Jay!!!! Very professional and polite. I rested peacefully as they bantered together and drilled my tooth. Lol Neenu is very informative and courteous. Dr. Jay always made sure I was comfortable. I had 8 fillings and a root canal there and they gave me a good deal as I'm on Aish. The front ladies are very respectful even when I walked in and a customer was getting mad over the fees they seemed to handle it well. I will be back as they made me feel welcome to the communtiy. Dr Jay, Dr Palka and all the staff at this office are so warm, welcoming and amazing to deal with. Such a calm environment and they really take the time to explain and go over all procedures and options and answer all your questions. Love the fact that they now offer direct billing!
