Grateful for the excellent dental care & CS of Erin Riddell. Dr O'Rendi & Dorothy on Oct 22, 2025 were very professional & gave excellent direction for chewing procedure. For the crown concern & reattaching. Appreciated greatly the X-ray & photo taken to apply for using The Canada Dental Plan to cover the needed new crown. My friend introduced me to the office, I had an amazing experience in the office. I think they are under the new management, everyone is very nice. I had cleaning done with Dr. Wong. He is very patient and detailed. The staffs name is Dorothy, she is very nice, educated, and welcoming. Dorothy gave me a snack when I told her I was hungry. They are very knowledgeable about the insurance, making sure I am eligible for every treatment. I worked with this wonderful charity in putting on a fundraising event and helping create their promotional video. Albert the President, and all the staff are all incredibly professional and easy to work with. I was moved by their inspiring dental service to low income children who can't afford dental surgery and service. I have personally had 3 teeth cleaning and found the experience smooth and pain free. This is my dental clinic by choice. Free street parking is great.
Grateful for the receptionist's booking for 2:30PM Dec 20. Had a crown fall out the night before. I knew on dec 21 they would be closing for Christmas til very early Jan. Thankful to get in so Christmas would not be ruined. Dr Jensen Wong & Cindy were wonderful in solving the problem. 1st time seeing Dr Wong & he was excellent in diagnosing & checking my area of concern from the X-ray.
