I only wanted to grab a pair of nuts (PLEASE do not misinterpret that) and the lady behind the counter was happy to oblige. Seriously, I needed just two 7mm nuts to hold a motorcycle exhaust pipe to the manifold. A gentleman fetched them from the store and I was given them for free! It's not often that happens! Thank you for great service!

Strangely rude service from one counter person. I left offended by the snide attitude on my first visit. A year later I was unfortunate enough to get the same person. He cannot be a happy employee since he was once again invariably rude with each response. He's simply a jerk for no valid reason I wouldn't condem the entire place except that the more senior staff don't seem bothered by his attitude. So I'll order from fastenal.
