Excellent service! I pulled into the shop, in the rain, with a flat tire. When I entered the establishment visibly distressed, the gentlemen behind the counter were professional and quick to assure me all would be well. Dylan, proceeded to retrieve his electronic air pump to inflate my tire that I had somehow just deflated while trying to INFLATE it, down the street. This company did not have the proper tool to remove the hubs on my tires. They made me turn back to drive home to search for the tool which they claim apparently dealerships give a specific tool for hubcaps when purchasing a vehicle. I looked and looked everywhere in my garage, around my home, inside the vehicle but unfortunately NO such tool was found. The guys at Stratham Tire Newfields do great work at an honest price. I've come here on a number of occasions, most recently for a leaky tire, and they fixed the problem in short order for a very reasonable amount. I'd be happy to come back.
