got absolutely scammed out of my mind and it actually ended up costing me a significant amount of money. terrible, scummy business. would not recommend to my least favorite people
what a joke, they had my truck for 7 days to put on struts and shocks and new tires, then told me I they I needed a new rack and pinion and it would be 5 days to get, I called the dealer, they told me they had it on the shelf, then on my Bill they charged me for a new one when the box I saw with the old one in it said," NAPA, remanufactured?", good place for tires but that's it. what a joke I ask about it and he said
I drove to 4 other places to get tires mounted and called others all had a long wait at 9 am or refused to put on previously bought tires. Stratam got us in in minutes!
