We've been going there for 2 years. Dr is nice, kids love it. We haven't had any issue and glasses only take 2 weeks and the technician takes great care on adjusting them for you.
Doctor is nice and friendly as is his staff. However, that is the ONLY thing that is positive about them. They are very laid back, disorganized and very unprofessional. The staff (his wife) especially. Takes months for eye glasses to be filled. Calls go unanswered or you are told "Can I call you back, I'm waiting on a call?" If you are in no rush for your glasses or contacts, then I recommend them. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
