After many years seeing doctors here, management took my recent questions (16/2/2026) about dysfunction with apps and not opening on time as an attack, where I felt I was actually being personally attacked. Their whole response was nothing more than to order my records be sent elsewhere. Reported the situation to Ahpra. Beware!
Friendly, professional doctors and receptionists. I was a bit surprised when we were left to wait in the carpark in the hot sun after telling them my baby (4months old) was at the end of a virus. The doctor was running over 20 minutes late and there is no shade in the carpark, and no seating outside. I think to support the policy, it would be fair to provide a shaded area for waiting. My first time visit, I experienced friendly staff on the front desk. I saw Dr Rokhsana Shirin, who was professional, understanding & a very helpful doctor. I would happily recommend this practice and doctor to anyone that is looking for a new medical centre.
