Was very happy to find a lovely Doctor’s practice with approachable reception and medical staff. Treated in a timely and professional manner. Very satisfied to have found this practice.
We're very lucky to have such a wonderful medical centre in Strathalbyn. Not only is the facility brand new, but the reception staff and doctors are friendly and exceptionally caring.
Receptionists were absolutely lovely, as were the doctors I saw today. It's refreshing to have empathetic and kind doctors after so many experiences with terrible ones at another practice. Couldn't recommend Strath Family Med Centre more!!
Visited this practice for the first time. Lovely receptionist/practice managers and a great down to earth doctor.
Very unhappy. I have been going to this practice for years but recently I have had nothing but bad experiences. 1.) Everytime I go, I am on time but the doctor is somehow 40 minutes late. 2.) I was 2 minutes late for an appointment and the front receptionist has the nerve to talk down to me for being 2 minutes late and called the doctor to ensure that it was okay for me to still have my appointment?
