I have never experienced anything like Strathalbyn Dental, and I don’t think I ever will again. This is also partly because I will never go anywhere else. They are technologically advanced. They are super professional, and their knowledge, care and attention to detail is above and beyond. Add in their high-level customer service and their infectious friendliness, it’s a no brainer. Had trouble with a right side upper molar. The Dr explained they needed to see if they had to do root canal or a removal. After xray & removing old filling the tooth was cracked and un savable. They surgical removed the tooth and I'm home now with minor pain but script of antibiotics and pain relief is working wonders. Great friendly receptionist as well as staff. I highly recommend the service I received and the bill.
20 minutes in the chair,needed 2 fillings but the Dr only wanted to do one this week,it was a Friday afterall,so they do 1 filling which they tried to upsell a $2000 root canal,then changed to extract the tooth,then charged me $440 for the filling.Very disappointed Dr Tony,and yes,the filling fixed the problem.And No,I will not be back for the 2nd filling,I will find a more transparent provider.
