Strath Haven is a very large and nice looking location. It is well kept but very expensive place to live. The management company is onsite which has it's pros and cons. That means higher HOA but more client support. It's an old building so in constant need of repair. The assessments are insane with no regard to anyone's financial situation. If you have money it's a nice place to live. But as with many condominiums, they are mismanaged and expenses are over priced.
