I phoned to make a appointment and normally when I call different stores etc the phone service is not very good but this girl ROBIN i believe it is that works up front had very great politeness on the phone was/is very friendly and I'm sure you will great the same service in person as on the phone she was very helpful there should be and I wish there were more like her
Had ear infection went there at 4 : 20pm to be told the clinic is full even though I was told over the phone registration open at 4 30pm. No happy with that kind of medical service
The worsest and unethical walk in clinic I’ve been. I seated for 3hours as per instruction of the staff and went up to the toilet to pee and to expectorate for not even 5mins. When I went back to my seat, other patients were already holding a form. I spoke with the receptionist to ask for the form and she refused to give me and stated rudely that I wont be seen by the doctor anymore as I was not on my seat when the form was distributed. Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve met. Went in for pain in my right side and was feeling super sick (nausea and vomiting), he give me a cup to pee in and told me there was some blood in my urine. Then did a short pushing of my stomach. The stares at my face and bluntly says I have no clue and then proceeds to saying you don’t need an ultrasound to surgery. If it gets worst go to ER. And directs me out the door. I have never felt the way he made me feel, like my symptoms don’t matter and he has no clue. Will definitely not be ... read more
