Beautiful and quiet place to live with a few negatives. Aside from the excess goose droppings which is I guess unavoidable, the landscaping is a mess! The grass is always flooded to the point that when the grass is cut the mowers leave behind massive muddy tire tracks. Really needs some better drainage installed or aeration. They also really need to work on how often they water the grass, especially during the rainier months. The garbage situation on trash day could use a more organized system too. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING HERE. I LIVED HERE 14 years and it has went from great to terrible. OUR ASSOCIATION FEES KEEP ESCALATING RAPIDLY. WE PAY 260.00 monthly for water bill and building maintenance nothing else. They have assessments fees this year alone of 3,000 dollars not including the 210-00 a month we were paying. Only to find out in Jan 2022 our association fees are going up 50.00 dollars more.
