It’s a great place to live
Beautiful and quiet place to live with a few negatives. Aside from the excess goose droppings which is I guess unavoidable, the landscaping is a mess! The grass is always flooded to the point that when the grass is cut the mowers leave behind massive muddy tire tracks. Really needs some better drainage installed or aeration. They also really need to work on how often they water the grass, especially during the rainier months. The garbage situation on trash day could use a more organized system too.
