When I called to ask about her treatment process, she showed little to no interest in helping me. My dog has been dealing with an eye issue, which is fairly common, but instead of asking questions or offering recommendations, she just told me to go elsewhere. There was no explanation or guidance, and the response came across as dismissive and rude. It felt like she only wants to work with dogs who don’t have issues, so I wouldn’t recommend her if your pet actually needs care.
Dr Sue is so good at what she does... and reasonably priced... Thank you for all you do...
