Diagnostic cost is completely overpriced. My trunk didn't open and one of my windows didn't roll down. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $145 per issue (total of $290) just to be told that I need a new open button for the trunk and a new window regulator. Labour for fixing the problem and cost for parts is charged on top of the diagnostic fees. Subaru Vehicle Service Department never disappoints. Exemplary service from the first phone call to the complimentary car 'pick-up' ride. Great service, friendly experienced people, highly recommended. Full disclosure, over a couple of decades (?:), my 3 Subaru's were all purchased from this dealership. Why change a winner, the car is brilliant and so is the service!
