I bought a car from here in June. Jess was my sales person. Very kind person. The three stars though is because the unresponsiveness of her and the team. It was a pretty big moment for me to receive the car, but it didn’t seem like they cared about me at all. Just felt like they wanted to sell the car and get it over with. I have been taking my Subarus to Gemini for the last 10 years. Service got a little disorganized there so I called Stratford as I heard good things. Funny that your voicemail message said, “guaranteed call back”. I never got a callback from you. Fortunately, Gemini now has a new service team and system which has improved. Two stars for you because mistakes happen but if you give someone your word, follow through or just don’t say that to begin with.
