I purchased a vehicle from the dealership March 20th. I have been trying to get a hold of them since (today is now April 1st) for the safety report of my vehicle and a few other questions since then with still no response. Makes you feel pretty uncomfortable when the place you bought a car from won’t show you the safety report. I keep getting the response of “they will call you later today” or “I am just really busy today I will get back to you”. My Husband and I just purchased a Cross trek, picked it up today. Catherine was excellent from beginning to the end. No pressure, asked us about what we wanted and found the SUV for us.
