Very nice housing community
My wife and I are very happy with our two-month-old Smith-Douglas home. Sales and construction personnel were always a pleasure to work with and promptly responded to all inquiries. We hired a third party to do both a pre-drywall inspection and a final inspection. The Smith-Douglas builder very promptly addressed the few minor issues reported by the inspector. Bought our home that was built in 2020 and we already have so many problems. Biggest one being having to replace our entire master bathroom because they did not properly install the shower and has ruined the foundation underneath. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BUILDERS.
I recently purchased my first home through Smith Douglas. Emily helped guide me through the whole purchasing process, which was great. The weekly updates and communication with Emily and the builder have been top notch. I believe my house was well built as there were only minor issues found in my final inspection. I love my home and can’t wait to see the community develop.
