Stratford Plumbing and Heating is amazing! Had an issue with our air conditioner during a really hot stretch and they offered to get us in first thing the next morning, then had the courtesy to call me a few hours later to let me know that they could still come and look the same day! They came and fixed the problem with no issues, clean and professional. Great local service that went above and beyond!

I had a service call on my well they were able to fit me in the same day. This was a problem that could have stemmed from several scenarios yet they were able to find what was causing the problem and were very prompt at fixing it. Explained to me what the problem was, answered all my questions walked me through what I needed to throughout the day. Excellent customer service! Stratford Plumbing & Heating is the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional company and offer so many different services. They have been to my home several times and ALWAYS, from the start of my call to the end of the job, every single person has been amazing!!
