Stratford Plumbing & Heating is the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional company and offer so many different services. They have been to my home several times and ALWAYS, from the start of my call to the end of the job, every single person has been amazing!! Had a great experience working with this company. We had a few delays due to weather, but they worked with us to get everything scheduled. The crew guys did fantastic work and kept us up to date with everything and relayed any issues that occurred. Everything looked good and new holding tank installed. My mother was happy with the work.

I called and made an appointment for someone to come and see if my toilet could be repaired or replaced. The appointment was not kept, nor was I called and informed that they were unable to keep the appointment. When I called their office to reschedule I was sent directly to voice mail even though it was during office hours . I left several messages but no one even returned my call. Very unprofessional
Stratford plumbing and heating are an amazing company that have been a true blessing in our lives. They were very professional and did an amazing job and showed that they actually cared about helping us. I definitely recommend their services. Thank you again for all your help
