Other than my neighbors there aren't many positive things to say about this community. The HOA is irresponsible the property management company takes no action to enforce the regulations. If you voice your opinion it's unpleasant whether it be thru HOA meetings or through the grapevine of the community. When questions arise about accountability, spending money or following up on projects you are either ignored, brushed over or forgotten about.
