I began a lease for a 2025 Rogue on July 31/05 and was informed that the last 2 payments on the previous lease would be covered by Nissan. To date I still have not received a refund for the last 2 payments on the previous lease. After several calls to head office and to Stratford Nissan I have been getting the runaround. I had an intermittent starting issue with my 2015 Nissan Altima that other mechanics couldn't diagnose. Based on another Google review, I brought it to Nissan Stratford. Cody in the service department was a huge help, and they quickly diagnosed the problem as a fuel pump failure within an hour. The repair was done professionally, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. I highly recommend them to any Nissan owner in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.
