Karen is very rude on the phone. No help whatsoever, should be FIRED
Went for the travel clinic with our two year old. The pharmacist took several calls throughout and had a lengthy legal battle on the phone right in front of us for like 15 minutes while our toddler got increasingly agitated, not what you want when you're about to give him a shot. It was extremely awkward and unprofessional. We're now trying to go back for our boosters and they told us we could come in the next afternoon, so we all trundled over only to find the only guy who could give shots to kids, that same guy from before... read more
This is one of the best services I have had in years. The staff shows genuine concerns and very ready to explain things over and again with grudge
Very professional service here. Pleasant staff. Had the same experience as others posted, came for travel vaccine consultation. Was not pushed to get anything we might not need.
