Since my previous review somehow got removed, here's a more detailed one... If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Where do I begin!? My uncle is currently here for an amputation of the foot which requires a bandage change daily. We are on day 3 that it hasn't been changed. He is freezing cold, begging for a blanket and in excruciating pain. He hasn't been given any pain meds in days. I was on the phone with him when the aide walked in. He said "I need a blanket."
