I just wanted to shout out the service staff at Stratford Kia. I was on my way through Stratford on a cross Canada road trip when my check engine light came on. I contacted Stratford Kia service department at 7:50 a.m. to leave a message to hopefully get an appointment to find out what the issue might be. To my surprise the Service Manager Trish picked up the phone (service hours are posted as opening at 8:00 a.m.) Trish was able to fit me in at 10:00 a.m. for some diagnostics and look into the issue.
