Be especially careful with Kia Negative Equity/GAP coverage. Very disappointed with our experience. When an issue arose with our vehicle, the dealership refused to honour the warranty based on a technicality despite only having the vehicle a very short amount of time. We expected better customer service and for the dealership to stand behind the vehicle they sold us. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend them and will not be returning.
We purchased our RAM 1500 Classic from this dealership in April and have put only approximately 10,000 km on it since then. Unfortunately, the truck recently failed to start and had to be towed to a mechanic. We were actually advised by the dealership to take it to a Dodge mechanic, as they did not have confidence that they could properly diagnose or repair the issue themselves.
