I want to share my worst experience with James Auto Group, Stratford Nissan, and Stratford Kia. I purchased a car on March 6, 2026. Without my clear consent, they applied for around 9 bank loans under my name. I initially received approval from CIBC, but I was told it was rejected and was instead pushed toward a Scotiabank loan with a 7.99% interest rate. This lack of transparency is extremely concerning. Very disappointing experience with Stratford Kia. The staff were unprofessional, communication was poor, and I felt pressured throughout the process. What was promised initially didn’t match what was delivered. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
