Purchased a 2024 Sorento, and had a couple cosmetic issues. Litto was quick to reach out and set up an appointment and get my issue resolved. Edit: brought the vehicle in for a sun visor clip that had pulled out, Stratford KIA claimed it was a 360$ repair and they wouldnt cover it under warranty. Brought it to Listowel KIA and they repaired it under warranty at no charge. If you have an issue or are looking for a KIA, Listowel is the way to go!
