I purchased a 2026 Kia Seltos from Stratford Kia in March. I had paid to add a remote start as it wasn’t in the trim level I had purchased. There were no Seltos models available in the colour I wanted on the lot, I waited for one to be delivered. I was told the remote starter would be installed before pickup. Assisted my daughter in the purchase of a 2019 Hyundai Tucson in April 2024 and the experience was very bad. We had the vehicle inspected by our mechanic and there were several minor issues we asked to have addressed before purchase. We were told that all issues were resolved including repair of a crack in the windshield. We went to pick up the vehicle and found that nothing had been done about the crack in the windshield.
