Hard to get in touch with anyone,you drop off paperwork they say they never got it they don't get back in touch with you in time even if it's for emergency housing I'm wondering for the past 3 to 4 years who have they been giving the low income apartments to?

Stephanie, the landlord is unprofessional and flippant. I am trying to get a security deposit back from my moms apartment as she just passed away. She claims she does not know the form and has been giving us the run around for months. They keep the leasing office locked and walk away when they don’t have answers. Place is a dump they don’t screen who lives here had a neighbor who would make problems and try to break into my apartment last place and nothing was done for years. I moved and I of course wasn’t warned of living underneath an extremely disruptive neighbor. So I move from an extremely cramped apartment in the way back facing the fence in a dark corner to a larger apartment in the dark corner with lots of problems.
