After a lengthy 10 year wait for a unit, I got a tiny bachelor ,far from my family... Wasn't big deal until the PC route I needed was stopped.... Then as if that's not enough to make someone generally sad, the housing officer who seems to single me out, tried having things like my dogs leash and water bowl thrown out, these guys came and cut my hammock that many used it in past that live here... Wish the geared to income wait list wasn't so long... they finally helped me after 10 years , however they broke up my family and moved me far away from all I’ve ever known! I’m thankful, but witnessed 4 units sit empty for the first 5 months living here! Fill them up already! Stop wasting time!
If you can give zero stars I would. Their buildings are not safe and they know it. Maintinence only happens when the good tenants band together and force the work to be done. They don't care who they rent to. Bad tenants have set buildings on fire multiple times on purpose too. other vandalism and harrasment happens regularly drug use and theft is just a regularly scheduled activity. Liars, Theives!
My Dad died in his apartment at approximately 11 am and they had his locks changed by 9 am the next morning. If we hadn't been there that morning, we may have lost all his possessions. This is why communism is ugly. You beg them for a place to live and they treat you like unwanted property. Get in line!
