Been living here for over 7+ years and the AC is always down in the building! They decide to turn the air off when it's 90 degrees outside and everyone in the building doesn't have air. Mind you, this has happened so many times. Not just once, not twice, not three times but so many more. It's funny that they list "AC Cooling" in the listings but the AC only works when it's cold outside which defeats the purpose if someone's/everyone's house is going to be 90-104 degrees within itself when the weather gets hot outside and you... read more
The building manager sucks big time. He's the worse person ever. He's very inconsiderate and insensitive to people, especially when it comes to parking. He doesn't give a damn and I can't wait to leave this hell of a place.
