I came in two weeks ago looking to buy a car and was greeted by Ivan who helped me look at their options. He was very patient with me as I considered different vehicles from their used inventory until I finally decided on getting a brand new Honda Civic sport. Ivan made my first time buying a car through a dealership a very enjoyable experience and made sure I knew all the new features on the car before I drove off. Overall a great experience from Stratford Honda.
Picked up 2026 CR-V on April 29, 2026 I would like to thank Ivan and Sue for all there good work on my new 2026 CR-V. Ivan was very good with my husband and me. He answered all are questions about the SUV and service provided at Stratford Honda. Ivan was also great when showing me the new things on the CR-V when I picked it up. I just bought an older used Honda Civic from here. After searching for almost 2 months for a decent older used car I came across the Civic, I was able to come in and test drive it in the same day I called. I was surprised that their deposit was fully refundable, something unheard of after scrounging through used lots. I went in with a few questions about affordability and a budget and Ivan graciously answered my questions and then some. He and the team did a great job of explaining things and finding me a suitable vehicle. The team was kind and efficient. Thank you for a good experience.
Website is actual trash. New inventory doesn't show prices just "call us for your true price" Every time you go from one page to another it pops up saying "Real people, transparent pricing, chat with us for more info" clicking this opens some AI chat because of course it does, so much for real people I guess. And this pops up EVERY PAGE. Just an infuriating user experience, will never shop with them due to this.
