I’m really disappointed with the service here. I brought my 2018 CR-V in for a rattling noise near the dashboard. They told me it was caused by two missing screws on the bottom engine tray. I paid the $112 bill ($75 diagnostic fee + parts), but as soon as I drove off the lot, the noise was exactly the same. They clearly didn't even test drive it to see if their 'fix' actually worked.
