Extremely happy with our experience. Deanna made the whole process as quick (in a good way) and stress-free as possible. We went in to "window shop" on a Saturday and drove home our new car by Friday. Deanna and Ciara are absolutely lovely and we look forward to work with them when it's time to retire our other car.
I bought civic 2024 last year in may. The radiator was leaking and they didn’t cover the cost. And now my brakes were having some issues. They did the inspection and said there is nothing there, charged me again for this! And my car is still not fixed. So all and all the service department is not great!
After my daughter had such a positive experience with Stratford Honda and salesperson Harper, I knew I would be purchasing my next car from them. Harper was transparent, courteous and easy to work with. Ciara rounded out the experience with her friendly and open approach. I never felt pressured into anything and the entire purchasing experience was easy and enjoyable. During my visits to Stratford Honda I felt like I was their only customer, thank you for such a positive experience and my first introduction to Hondas!
