We bought our Civic Si there in early 2022 and it was great! The buying process was simple, no tricks, no gimmicks, no hidden fees....just nice and smooth. The service department was excellent and we went there for everything. Then they got bought out and everything went downhill. The service department is now a typical pushy dealership service department. Since the buyout, there has been an ungodly amount of spam emails, AI text messages and phone calls....it's ridiculous! Hi!! I just bought my first Honda (Passport). I truly appreciated the low pressure sales at Stratford Honda. That was a first! Marci and Sue were fantastic to work with. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Stratford Honda and I’m ecstatic about my new car!! Ivan was an absolute pleasure to have as a sales rep. He was able to answer the million questions I had about the vehicle and its history. Very charismatic guy! He was knowledgeable and made sure I got everything I needed out of my purchase experience. Very happy with my new ride. Don’t plan on purchasing another vehicle soon but when I do I’ll look forward to doing another sale with Ivan!
