EDIT NOV 20 2025: The items were finally fixed. Updating to 3 stars. --- Actual customer here, not a dealer or driver. Giving one star until resolution, then I’d be willing to update. As some have said the after sale service is terrible. Before we even had occupancy we pointed out that the front door was damaged and we were missing the trash receptacles in our island. Been three years since we have moved in. Still issues with doors, windows and workmanship. Stratford says the are a subcontractor and our builder is the contractor. They hide behind that for future reference. Turnkey out of Waterford was our contractor and I have nothing good to say about them. They worked 61 out of 225 days and not full days with 2-3 people on average and sometimes only one would show up.
