Been three years since we have moved in. Still issues with doors, windows and workmanship. Stratford says the are a subcontractor and our builder is the contractor. They hide behind that for future reference. Turnkey out of Waterford was our contractor and I have nothing good to say about them. They worked 61 out of 225 days and not full days with 2-3 people on average and sometimes only one would show up.
