Normally I don’t have problems with this office, but recently I had an appointment scheduled and a week prior got a call that it had to be rescheduled. I called back and they informed me they moved my appointment 6 months out! When I asked why and if I could be seen sooner because I had a referral, the woman responded in a very condescending tone! It was a pleasant trip. Very easy to find and there was available parking. Two receptionists were available to assist. Plus, my mother got great news. I would suggest maybe a bigger sign to identify the building.

Unacceptable, garbage-tier office staff and patient coordination. (Medical staff have seemed very nice and knowledgeable, so they're not included in this issue thus far) I had a follow-up appointment on the books 3 months after a scan, my appointment day arrives without any prior automated reminders/confirmations, so I try to call and confirm it's actually today before driving from SLO (appointment is for 9:45am, so time is of the essence for me). If there was a - I would rate it that!! I had an appointment 6 weeks in advance. 2 days before I get an email to register for my appointment only to find out my appointment was changed without my knowledge. Now they want me to wait another 4 weeks. No thanks. I'll find a Dr that communicates with their patients.
