The area has gone downg since the new HOA has taken over. High fee and low maintenance. It seems they may be pocketing money. Now they are trying to make everyone replace their roofs, because of a few with storm damage. Also raised fees again. I would think the people living there would get new HOA management .
Parking is limited and the condominium numbering system is a little strange but the little bit that I saw of the interior was very nice.
