Something nasty sent me to emergency at Stratford General last week. Within 5 hours I was checked out completely including CTScan and sent to my hotel with prescription and instructions to come back if any issues had arisen. Every last person there was professional, efficient and friendly. Being from out of town I needed to get information to my family doctor the next day and even those manning the phones were charming and happy to help me get the information I wanted. It's never been the best experience, ans today is even worse. My 12 year old boy arm is broke, and he wants me in the x ray, was in there this past december when he turned 12. Shame on you tech. Shame on you.
