Absolutely horrible experience. I’m a patient of Dr.Sherman. I had a few health concerns come up, and they gave me an appointment date 2 months away. They suggested I could go to the walk in clinic instead though. Got to the walk in clinic, and then I was told that they can’t address my symptoms and that I need a doctors appointment. After waiting for 2 months I met with a nurse//doctors assistant, not Dr.Sharman herself, which I was never told about before hand. Dr Meghan Sherman . Almost better off without a doctor. Their staff deliberately put their phone system in a state that it tells you “ you are currently caller number 2” . I tried to get through for help on something . I wanted to see if I could get an emergency appointment. I was left by their system , on hold, told I was caller number 2 for over 40 minutes. Dr.Meghan Sherman. It's lovely waiting 6 weeks for an appointment,even for an urgent matter. Or sitting on hold forever only to be spoken to by a receptionist who asks you to repeat your answers or questions 4-5 times. Sometimes you get hung up on after sitting on hold. Paperwork's and doctor's notes are apparently 6-8 week wait. Not sure of any employer who would wait 6 weeks for a note The unprofessional behavior is just ridiculous don't take on the work load if you can't handle the work.
I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Stephanie! She was incredibly kind, patient, and went out of her way to assist me today. Her professionalism and empathy did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciated her support. Thank you for making a difficult situation a lot easier. Feeling so much better!
