My mother has been a patient of Dr. Sherman for the past 7 years. She has seen the doctor twice in that time frame and is always scheduled with the NP. Prepare to wait on hold for anywhere from 10- 50 min every time you call the office. Appointment are usually booking 6-8 weeks out, and then frequently cancelled close to the date, and then you have to call to book another appointment and wait another 6-8 weeks. I'm a patient of Dr Curtis Irvine he is an amazing doctor never had a problem with him. Yes it is sometimes is a long wait on the phone, but other then that great :)
