Dr. Thomas was excellent!! Highly recommend this office. Nice, quiet, cozy and clean.
Didn't return. Don't recommend. We need a new school of opthmalogy in Stratford Connecticut. 1st rule: Don't throw liquids into eyes without permission from patients.
I had a great experience at eye care associates. I had Dr. Noonan and he was great! You could tell he really cared and wanted to be there. He was very thorough and I’d highly recommend!
One of the worst office staff I’ve had to deal with. They took down my phone number incorrectly so I did not get my contacts for 5 months. I even called in the interim and they incorrectly told me they hadn’t arrived. When I called back they said the contacts had arrived months ago. No surprise, I missed the date of my rebate. When I finally picked up my contacts, they pulled the wrong chart and almost charged me three times the amount. Extremely inadequate
