Just want to thank Rob again who helped with my purchase of my new honda hrx lawn mower. The man was knowledgeable about the three honda lawnmowers models in stock, and answered all my questions.
Never any issues. Always taken well care of. It's worth the drive for me.
Got 2 tires changed by them, ($250) back tire was leaking within 2 days and flat. They repaired it, and said the tube was "pinched". Now 3 weeks later I just got home from a ride, and now I can hear the valve stem leaking and it's flat again. Not happy I have to fix this again.
Chauvinistic and careless. Took 16 days to “Safety” my 17 year olds motorcycle, and in less than 72 hours and less than 100 km driven, the tire that they just replaced on his bike CAME OFF THE RIM while he was making a right hand turn. When I went into the office to discuss reimbursement, I was told there wouldn’t be any. The bike was unsafe after they did the work on it. It was safer before we brought it in.
