HOA is high, but you get pool, jacuzzi, gym, computer room with free printing, kids playground, bbq grills, well-maintained grounds and night security! Is a really nice community to live at!
Feel like I am paying them $500/mo (HOA fee) to harass me about mundane crap. I have a table on my balcony that qualifies under any reasonable definition of patio furniture, but because it doesn't meet some (non-disclosed and highly subjective) decorative standard, they're unwilling to 'allow' me to keep it on my balcony. Literally it is bothering nobody, could not possibly be interfering with anybody's peaceful enjoyment of the property, and they can't articulate a reasonable reason, but still they insist (the board voted) ... read more

I’ve enjoyed living here for 4 years. It’s quiet, well-maintained and close to the toll road and Route 7. My upstairs neighbors are annoying and probably don’t abide by the area rug rule because I can hear them walking. I also think there is a water issue in my building because I can hear the pipes even when I use the sink or my neighbors are using the shower. And it’s true that the gate is broken a lot of the time.
