Very disappointed with this company. My husband and I were ready to have a home built, went and talked with the sales rep for our region, had the plans ready to go, said they would have everything ready to go for us in a couple weeks. We didn’t hear from them for over a month, reached out to the sales rep again, again said he would have everything for us by the end of the day, and still haven’t heard a word. Needless to say, we have moved on from this company. Very disappointed.
Descent place except for tbe higherarchy and chronieism that plagues the place. I worked there for 5 years and I gave my all everyday. But because I wouldn't be a servant of a peon I was ran off by someone who was supposed to be a leader there. Tell me what kind of leader browbeats his people to go absolutely as fast as possible and then turns around and destroys them because their quality wasn't good enough? Been doing buisness with stratford since march of 2022. Great environment! Owner is everything an owner should be.All salesmans are great! Scott in accounting is great! Steve the gm is great. Tj that runs the warehouse is great! brett is 235 years old and is the most knowledgeable and kind people you will ever meet.him and TJ together are unstoppable.
