Never on time, and don't really know what they are doing. Turn sensors on, off, opposite to what is to be done.
Went here to do the WOF on my Toyota Estima. The WOF was cheap with only 45$ and it was done very detailed wich is good as it is important! He found that many bushes on the car were worn and he even showed me to confirm. I have done the needed repairs with them and even though it was a big job and not cheap they were very kind and charged us for less hours than he had worked on the problem. My partner took her 09 Prius in as it had a "problem" displayed on the screen and also needed a 12v battery. Long story short they told her the car had a transmission problem and/or the engine wasn't communicating with the hybird battery. We got a second opinion from a Toyota professional and his diagnostic machine said the error code was for an oil change. After the oil change the "problem" is gone. Either they had ill intentions or they were extremely incompetent. Go elsewhere.
I took my Toyota Aqua to AutoPro because a warning signal/fault code had appeared. The staff were friendly, but I found the service to be very expensive. I had to pay $374 just for a basic check or diagnostic run. Based on my experience, I don't recommend this place
I have been using Stratford Autopro for 3 years now for warrants and services and have no complaints. I cannot comment as to price as I have not asked for quotes with others but it is 5 minutes walk to my house or they give me a loan car if I have somewhere to be. Recently my brakes completely failed due to a malfunction with the parking brake and although no parts were available with Toyota or generic parts, they persevered until the found something second hand which took my careless state from a possible 6 weeks to one.
