I would suggest to look else where. Pretty unfortunate that I am wiring this is a current tenant but others truly need to be aware. Long story short, there is a child’s play room next to my unit that didn’t have set hours so kids were able to go in and out of the room all night making a lot of noise. My experience living here has been extremely disappointing; My package was delivered to the wrong apartment, and when I asked the receptionist for help, she told me she was too busy to assist—despite there being no queue or crowd. She was actually sitting there chatting with a man standing in front of her about various topics, which made her response even more frustrating. I also went to the office and received the same reply. Trash management all around CIM. -they don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails -they don’t take accountability or responsibility when something is wrong -the pool is always closed when it’s supposed to be open and management REFUSES to put any umbrellas out. -look at photos. Three “lifeguards” working that day. And no one cares to clean up

Edit: I have to give huge praise to Jenerra, the manager, who was beyond helpful and turned my entire experience around. She stepped in with great positive energy, a constant smile, and was readily available to fix every single mistake Ashley made—including placing the wrong keys in the folder, having her colleague wrongly directing me to another building claiming another agent had my file (when it was actually sitting right on the desk in front of her), and multiple errors in the lease contract, among other things. Losing privacy: Asking banking login information. This place will ask your bank account login information through a third party during application, even after you send them paystubs, bank statement and offer letter via email and during application. They also downplay that some of these systems are very secured given on these tech era, which gives a notice their ignorance on the system and technology.
