I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here barley any elevator working AC down RATS MICE you name it. Thank you for the reply back and i hope your corporate reads these emails of how you guys treat residents here in terms of parking and towing. Every year just gets worse and worse.
The manager is unprofessional and treated me with disrespect. I also experienced what felt like racially biased behavior, which is completely unacceptable. The elevator hasn’t worked for days — we had to walk up to the 11th floor. The A/C has been broken all day, and even after I asked for a fan multiple times, no one brought one.
