Since a car accident, I often have neck pain and usually need to take muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatories for several days, even with massage therapy and physiotherapy. Joshua, with just one massage (that wasn’t exactly pleasant lol), managed to reduce my pain from 7/10 to 2/10 that very same day. The next morning, I felt a bit of pain when I woke up, but it almost completely disappeared throughout the day. I highly recommend!!
I have been Training with and having Massage Therapy Treatments regularly with StrateUpFitness and can confidently say that the service provided is top tier, The Massage Therapy has been incredible. Me being a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete in a sport where injuries are prone to happen, StrateUpFitness has been amazing to work with. I have rehabilitated my body to preform at its highest level and I cannot recommend them enough!. 10/10 Best RMT in Calgary.
