Alex, the owner is so kind and professional! The gym is always spotless. All equipment is up to date and provides all levels of athletic training, from beginner to professional training! Live classes and friendly people! I highly recommend Stategy Health & Fitness!

This place is great, Alexandra is the owner and she is wonderful ,she's helpful and will work with you. The gym is up to date, open all the time. If you are committed to losing weight this is a gym for you ; she has programs that she will assist you to help you along your weight loss journey.

Strategy is the best gym ever! As a “young adult” I’ve never felt so safe and comfortable in a gym. I love that it is 24 hours and can only be accessed with a key fob. It’s never super crowded so you don’t have to wait for equipment. All the other members that I’ve met have been super sweet. Alex, the owner, is the best ever! She makes sure everyone is comfortable and happy & always goes above and beyond for her members. She is also super quick to respond with any questions or concerns that might come up. Strategy gym is by far one of the most welcoming gym I’ve been too. Super friendly and it’s key pretty clean. It’s not crowded at all which I love being able to use the equipment with out having to wait!
